Awful service. The cabs are always late. I do not recommend this service. The staff us very rude when you call them. It happened to me multiple times that the cab left with another person that was not me even when the cab was assigned to me.

Awful. I cannot ever get a taxi even when I book in advance! You end up being so late there is no point of even trying in the first place. I try and call you yet no one answers. I give up with trying to get a taxi in Lincoln, there is no point.
They cancel you ride and they charge one pound for their cancellation or you pay your ride expensivier and still charge one pound extra for use of app thats robbery
